Poundland has launched a brand new meal deal offer across all of its 850 stores and it will only set you back £3.
The high street bargain retailer's offer will include a main, drink and a side and there are over 400 items to choose from in the range. Mains will include sandwiches, wraps, salads, sushi and rolls and sides include pastries, chocolate, crisps, fruit and meat trays. There will also be around 200 drinks to choose from.
Poundland says the main food options come from high quality companies that already supply other multiple retailers such as . The ranges have been developed in partnership with Greencore and On A Roll, a sandwich supplier from the North East of England.
The launch sees Poundland offer the "cheapest" meal deal on the market right now. Tesco's popular meal deal used to set you back just £3 too - but it now costs £3.90 or £3.40 for those with a Clubcard. Poundland says this is what "sets it apart" from other lunchtime deals.
Head of chilled and frozen Kyle Storey said: "Our mission here at Poundland has always been to provide our customers with the best possible value, without compromising on taste or quality. With our new meal deal, we're not only offering an unbeatable price, but also ensuring that everyone can access a delicious and satisfying meal without the need for a plastic loyalty card."
