This is one of my favorite joyful essential oil diffuser blend recipes!These three essential oils help to create an uplifting and joyful atmosphere.
Diffusing essential oils is one of the most popular ways to use them, and it is one way to help receive all the benefits they have to offer.There are so many great essential oil diffusers that you can get that come in all sizes, shapes, and colors!
Joyful Essential Oil Diffuser Blend:
2 drops Bergamot essential oil
- Diffuse it in the classroom, at work, or at home when stress levels or tension is high
- Bergamot has a calming and soothing aroma
- Diffuse it for a sense of self-confidence
2 drops Frankincense essential oil
- It induces feelings of peace, satisfaction, and overall wellness
- This essential oil has soothing properties
- Promotes feelings of relaxation and to balance mood
2 dropsLemon essential oil
- Lemon is very uplifting and energizing and may help to improve mood
- Promotes a positive mood

I love how they smell. I had several of them at one point. I”m afraid they didn’t help my many chronic health issues, but they did make me feel nice and smelled FABULOUS!

This sounds like a heavenly smelling combination! I love to use all natural scents instead of filling my home with chemicals, so I will definitely be mixing up a batch or two of this fragrance for my diffusers. Thanks for sharing!
